Burna boy celebrates Milestones achievement at CitiField Stadium in New York   

The Nigerian singer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy continues to hit the limelight after scooping his fourth BET awards last June.

Burna Boy made another history by selling out the 41k capacity at the citiField stadium making him the first African musical star to sell out a stadium at a show in the US.

This year has been a great circle for the artist making him the only African artist to have ever exceeded 2.8 billion streams on several music platforms. 

The artist took to his official Facebook handle, thanking his many followers for their massive support towards his achievements 

Recently at the BET awards night, the Afro beat giant bagged the best international award making it his fourth BET title.

The just ended 2023 BET award night took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and brought together several artists from all walks of life.

It was a momentous moment seeing several African artists bringing back home international achievements from the culture’s biggest night making it a historical one for the African continent.

Burna boy has earlier claimed he’s sitting on top of Africa’s music in his latest single featuring 21 Savage after selling out 80,000 capacity in the United Kingdom making it the first African artist to have ever sold out at such huge capacity.

He also performed at the 2023 UEFA Champions League final pre-show  hosted by Pepsi in Istanbul Turkey.
