CPP Cummings Handpicks Charlyne Brumskine as Running Mate

BUCHANAN, Grand Bassa County – The political leader of the Alternative National Congress (ANC) Alexander B. Cummings has named Cllr. Charlyne M. Brumskine as his running mate in the pending Presidential and Legislative Elections.

Mr. Cummings said with Cllr. Brumskine is the best option as his running owing to her smartness and commitment to serve her people. And together, if elected, will transform Liberia for the better.

Cllr. Charlyne M. Brumskine is the daughter of the vision bearer of Liberty Party (LP), the late Cllr. Charles W. Brumskine.

She was named as running mate at a colorful ceremony in Buchanan, attended by thousand of partisans of the Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) which is now comprised of the Alternative National Congress (ANC) and the Liberty Party (LP) in Buchanan.

The event today followed Mr. Cummings’ overwhelming election as CPP standard bearer at the party’s National convention in Ganta, Nimba County a fortnight ago.

At the convention delegates adopted a motion calling on the standard bearer to name his running at the person’s to be named home county.
