‘Group of Weakling’ – Local Businessman Decries ‘Weak’ Security Sector In Sinoe County feeble

GREENVILLE, Sinoe County – Freeman Manjue, a local businessman in Sinoe County has branded the joint security sector of as a group of weaklings that are not up to the task.

Speaking on a local radio station in Greenville, Mr. Manjue said the Liberia National Police (LNP), Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA), the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) and the National Fire Service are performing far below standards and expectations.

He then called on the County Attorney to speedily intervene by ensuring the security sector of the county is more rigorous and proactive.

Manjue, the manager of the Point Entertainment Center has also cautioned residents of Sinoe that are bent on spreading lies about his business to desist from said action.

According to him, people in the county are falsely accusing him of training group of young people at his business center with the intention to harass peaceful citizens during the night hours and take away their properties.

The businessman said this misleading information has the propensity to cause confusion, put his customers at risk and drive him out of business, adding that as the result of the purported lies against him, he has put in place security measures including the erection of a wire fence.

He warned that anyone caught in spreading “baseless” lies about him and his business will be taken to court for defamation of character.
