LDEA Burns 100m Worth of Confiscated Drugs to Ashes

The Government of Liberia through the Drug Enforcement Agency has finally burnt drugs worth $US 100m or 15 billion LD to ashes in the country.
The LDEA with the help of the United States Embassy in Monrovia recently confiscated cocaine of 520kg believed to be from drug cartels in Brazil.
It was reportedly being carried by a 31-year-old Guinea-Bissauan national identified as Malam Conte.

Speaking at the burning site, Liberia’s Justice Minister Cllr. Frank Musa Dean declared Liberia a No-Go Zone for drug lords.
The burning exercise took place early Wednesday Morning at the Barclay Training Center in Monrovia- it was witnessed by the U.S Embassy, the CIA, the Armed Forces of Liberia, and the media.
