Mohammed Salah returns to Egypt, Sets to face Liberia

Egypt national team head coach Rui Vitoria has announced his final 27-man squad for the September friendly against Liberia.
Liverpool forward Mohammed Salah will be eager to register a goal against the Lonestar of Liberia.
Just over two months ago, Vitoria was announced as the new head coach of the Pharaohs putting pen to paper on a four-year deal that will keep him in Cairo until 2026.
His first games in charge will come this September as Egypt set to face Niger and Liberia in friendlies on the 23rd and 27th respectively in Alexandria.
The final squad has now seen five players of Zamalek getting the call-up, namely Mohamed Sobhi, Mahmoud Hamdy El-Wensh, Ahmed Fetouh, Emam Ashour, and Ahmed Sayed Zizo.
On the other hand, Al Ahly’s new striker Shady Hussein was left out alongside the likes of Nasser Mansi, Baher Elmohamady, Ahmed Madbouli, Emad Dunga, Ahmed Adel, Marwan Attia, and Ahmed Sherif.
Meanwhile, Ipswich Town skipper Sam Morsy was also omitted from the squad as the only foreign-based player, with Ahmed Hassan Kouka making the list.
