Over Land Ownership, Rep. Cole Allegedly Orders Madam Kollie Jail

Bong- Madam Fatu F. Kollie has launched a passionate appeal to the Ministry of Justice through the 9th Judiciary circuit court to independently investigate a land issue between her and the office of Bong County District #3 Representative Josiah Marvin Cole.
According to Madam Kollie, her land in the Leelekpayeh Community was purchased for eight hundred United States Dollars but is surprised to see Representative Josiah Marvin Cole claiming ownership of the area.
Explaining her ordeal to knews correspondents after being released, she alleged that she was invited to the Liberia National Police headquarters, Bong detachment for questioning but was ordered jailed by the CID commander, John Kellenso Flomo without investigation.
She alleged that Rep. Marvin Cole is using his state power to order her arrest as a means of taking her land.
Meanwhile, the case is before the 9th Judiciary Circuit Court in Gbarnga, Bong County.
However, in response, the Bong County District #3 Representative Josiah Marvin Cole said the situation which is before the Court will be fully investigated without the involvement of power; the claims that land belongs to him.
Also speaking, the LNP superintendent, John Kellenso Flomo denied acting on the instruction of Rep. Cole.
