Shaita Angels Top League Table after a Comfortable 3-1 Victory over Ravia Angels
Shaita Angels came into the first Angels derby of the season as favored by many sports pundits and in the end, it played out as many had expected.
Erica Parson opened the scoring for Shaita Angels in the fourteen minutes before Julia Carlson doubled Shaita Angel’s lead in the fifteen minutes giving the Angels a comfortable 2-0 lead against Ravia Angels.
Nelresa Teah’s thirty-six minutes right footed strike gives Shaita Angels a 3-0 lead in the first half but a cancellation goal from the visitors in the second half ended the match 3-1 in favor of Shaita Angels.
Shaita Angels have recorded three straight wins, scoring eight goals and conceding two in three league matches.
The match was rescheduled from the ATS to the George Weah Technical Center in Careysburg City the home ground of Shaita Angels in the lower league.
Over two hundred plus inhabitants of Careysburg city turned out in their numbers to cheer the queens of the city and their only female representative in the lower league.
