“My dream is to end corruption and Bad Governance in Liberia” – Tiawan Gongloe assures Marylanders

HARPER, Maryland – The Standard-bearer of Liberia’s People Party (LPP) Cllr. Tiawan Saye Gongloe assured Marylanders that he will end corruption when elected President of the Liberia Republic comes October 10.

He disclosed in an interview with a crossed section of Journalists in Maryland County as part of his country’s tour over the weekend.

Cllr. Gongloe pointed out that the lifestyle of every government official will be audited at the end of every three months, threatening that any government official will be guilty will be jailed following investigations by the Anti-corruption Commission. He said by doing so, there will be no room for corruption in Liberia.

“There will be openness in terms of the salaries of the government workers. I will have Continental lifestyle audit. All these things will help to end corruption and I must end corruption in Liberia.” Cllr. Gongloe noted.

Commenting further, the presidential hopeful maintained that when he wins the presidency, Pregnant Women, children, and vulnerable citizens will be treated freely at Government health centers and free tuition for students who would enroll at government schools.

“I want to make under my regime free treatments for Pregnant Women, children and old people who would go to Government health centers for treatment and children who would enroll at government learning institutions.” He said.
