“We Will Fight With Everything We Have,”- Rep. Gray Vows to Retain District #8 Seat

The Chairman of the House Committee on Executive, Rep. Acarous Gray, says the Coalition Democratic Change (CDC) will not compromise the Executive Mansion and District Eight to the opposition community.

Rep Gray said in as much that District #8 hosts the seat of the government including the Executive Manion, the National Legislature, and the Supreme Court of Liberia, it should not be represented by the opposition.

“This district will never be surrender…we will not allow the opposition to go the Executive Mansion to undermine the stability of development,” Rep. Gray said.

“We will fight with everything we have, we will defeat them constitutional, we’ll defeat them transparently,” he added.

Representative Gray also boasted of the government’s developmental initiative thus cautioning young people to see the need and reelect CDC.

According to him, President Weah has made “an impact on the lives of many young people”, ranging from the undertaking of “infrastructural development” and “making desperate efforts at improving the lives of ordinary people”.

He spoke during an appreciation party for residents for turning out during the nomination ceremony of President George Weah.
