Bong County —In response to numerous complaints from residents across District #7, Lower Bong County, concerning the deteriorating road conditions between Totota and Sanoyeah districts, Representative Foday Fahnbulleh has initiated a road maintenance project to improve the region's key transportation routes.

Rep. Fahnbulleh’s office mobilized efforts to supply crushed rock to address problematic areas along the roads between Totota and Sanoyeah, as well as other major locations within Sanoyeah and Fuamah districts.

This community-driven road improvement initiative aims to enhance the transportation network connecting vital hubs within the district.

The project, which began with two truckloads of crushed rock delivered to targeted work sites, has expanded to over 20 truckloads as part of a broader effort to address the road infrastructure issues.

The focus is on improving accessibility and easing transportation challenges faced by residents in the area.

The initiative involves the collaboration of local stakeholders, including district commissioners, representatives from the drivers’ union, and community leaders from both Sanoyeah and Salala districts.

These stakeholders have been tasked with monitoring the progress of the work while assisting in mobilizing the necessary workforce.
