Dead Girl Child Found Along The Mount Barclay Road Corridor

Paynesville, Liberia: A heartbreaking discovery was made along the Mount Barclay road corridor today, February 7, 2025, when the body of a young girl was found abandoned by the roadside in a black plastic bag. As of now, no one has come forward to identify the child or her parents.

Local residents gathered near the site to alert the Liberia National Police about the tragic find, but despite their efforts, no action was taken to remove the body.

Community members expressed their shock and sorrow upon witnessing such a tragic event, yet no one was able to identify the child’s family or relatives.

Based on the condition of the body, it appears to have been there for approximately two days.
