Civicus Barseegiah Awards 100 Scholarships to Liberian Christian High School Students

Civicus Barseegiah, former Port Director of Buchanan, has generously awarded scholarships to 100 students for enrollment at Liberian Christian High School. The announcement was made by Principal Benjamin Karnga on Thursday.

As an alumnus of the school, Barseegiah has a history of supporting his alma mater. Last year, he funded scholarships for 40 students. His ongoing commitment to the school is deeply valued.

On August 29, 2024, Principal Karnga praised Barseegiah for his substantial contributions, including funding the school’s payroll for the past two years to ensure timely salary payments for teachers. Karnga expressed heartfelt gratitude for Barseegiah’s unwavering support, which has greatly benefited both students and staff.
