"Embrace Jesus Christ," Martha Doe Urged Prisoners After Release

Martha Doe, a 65-year-old prayer warrior, has been released from prison and is sharing her story with the public. Following her release, she is advising fellow prayer warriors and pastors to be cautious, as they too might face challenges or dangers in these turbulent times.

Martha calls on the people of Bassa to embrace Jesus Christ and commit more deeply to serving Him. She maintains her innocence concerning the charges of murder and kidnapping for which she was convicted on September 26, 2022, and sentenced to 20 years in prison in Upper Buchanan.

The case against Martha involved Joseph, a man from her prayer group who sought her assistance in finding employment. Her lawyer, G. Mat Diah-Kun Tohr, successfully appealed the conviction. The Supreme Court reviewed the case and overturned the previous ruling by the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Grand Bassa County.

Martha is now free and grateful that the truth has been revealed, and she remains committed to her faith and her message.
