Bomi County Man Arrested for Wasting Acid Water on His Girlfriend For Cheating.

Bomi County Liberia: A 46-year-old man, identified only as Momo from Bomi County, has been arrested for allegedly wasting acid water on his girlfriend after suspecting her of being in another relationship. According to Momo, he had warned his girlfriend on three occasions to avoid getting involved with other men and stop engaging in multiple relationships.

Momo explained to police investigators that he brought the acid water to his girlfriend's home, believing she was inside with another man. Without verifying the situation, he threw the acid through her window and walked away. Since the incident, Momo stated he has only visited his parents and not his girlfriend.

I did it because of love I talk to her two to three times to stop breaking my trust and she didn't listen. That night I felt jealous, I went to her house thinking say she and the man was in the room because people been telling me, I never knew that she was alone so I carry the acid and open the door and just flash it and I left”. Momo said.

Momo has expressed deep regret for his actions and has requested the police to release him. His girlfriend, whose name has not been disclosed, is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital for her injuries.
