‘’Liberia owes ECOWAS 18.5m United States Dollars” Sen. Snowe Reveals
Capitol Hill: Bomi County senator, Edwin Melvin Snowe has disclosed that Liberia as a member of the Economic Community of West African States adding; no country in the ECOWAS region owes such to the regional body.
According to senator Snowe, Liberia owes $US18.5 million dollars.
Though he did not detail the information but this shows that we have been a rogue state, collecting levies for ECOWAS and not remitting to the regional body.
