Just two days after President Boakai warned his cabinet members that anyone with hidden agendas or who undermines his administration would be immediately dismissed, Mr. James Armah Massaquoi was fired from his position for administrative reasons.

According to the Executive Mansion’s official website and Facebook page, President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has fired Mr. Massaquoi from his role as Deputy Minister for Administration at the Ministry of Education for administrative reasons.

The President has appointed Atty. Nyekeh Y. Forkpa to replace Mr. Massaquoi as Deputy Minister for Administration, pending confirmation by the Liberian Senate.

In his appointment letter, the President expressed trust that Atty. Forkpa will perform his duties with diligence and loyalty to the country.
