Joint Security Announces Public Safety Protocols for President Boakai's State of Nation Address
Monrovia: The Joint Security announces to the general public safety protocols for the pending State of Nation Address of President Joseph N. Boakai, which is slated for Monday, January 29, 2024, at the Capitol Building, Capitol Hill, Monrovia.
Operators of vehicles, motorbikes, and Kehkehs are urged to adhere to these measures:
1. That regular traffic will be allowed to flow up until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, January 29, when vehicles plying from ELWA junction through Tubman Boulevard towards Central Monrovia will be diverted from Vamoma Junction through Sinkor by assigned officers;
2. That on Monday, January 29, 2024, vehicles plying from Central Monrovia through Sinkor will be diverted through Jallah Town;
All are asked to stay clear of the Capitol Building if they do not have any role to play with the State of Nation Address.
Regular traffic through Capitol Hill is expected to resume immediately after the President's convoy shall have left the Capitol Building
