Monrovia, Liberia: former Speaker of the House, Cllr. Fonati Koffa, has expressed confidence in Representative Musa Bility’s chances of becoming the next Speaker. Speaking on a local talk show Monday night, Koffa stated, “Looking at the numbers tonight, I feel comfortable that Musa Bility will emerge winner as Speaker of the House.”
