The restrictions will include a full suspension of visas for citizens of the following nations:
• Afghanistan
• Cuba
• Iran
• Libya
• North Korea
• Somalia
• Sudan
• Syria
• Venezuela
• Yemen
Additionally, partial visa suspensions will apply to certain categories of visas (tourist, student, and others) for the following countries:

Meanwhile, countries that have been identified as having deficiencies in their immigration practices will face recommendations for partial visa suspensions, unless they address the concerns. Liberia is among the nations on this list, alongside other countries such as Angola, Belarus, and Pakistan.
