The Supreme Court of Liberia has ordered the appearance of popular Liberian social media influencer, Justin Oldpa Yeazehn, commonly known as "Prophet Key" to respond to concerns of alleged constant invectives against members of the full bench of the Court.

In a communication in the possession of K-News, dated February 4, 2026, the High Court demands Prophet Key's appearance on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, to justify why he should not be held in contempt of court.

The communication signed by the Supreme Court's Clerk Sam Mamulu, furthered that the alleged act by the social media influencer against the person of the Chief Justice and members of the full bench has exposed the Court to public ridicule.

"By directive of the Honorable Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia, you are hereby cited

to appear before the Full Bench of the Supreme Court of Liberia on Tuesday, February 10,

2026, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., to show cause why you should not be held in contempt of court for your continuous and sustained barrage of invectives against the person of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia, the Supreme Court, and other Members of the Bench", the communication reads.

Meanwhile, Justin Oldpa Yeazehn, known as Prophet Key has acknowledged receipt of the communication and vowed to adhere to the Supreme Court's summon.

Though it remains unclear about the occasion of Prophet Key's invectives against the Justice actors, the popular social media figure has been at the center of controversy on the internet, with his critical stance on national issues; but many have over the time complained about the composure of his expressions towards the national discourse.
