Multiple reports by international news outlets have gathered the reported shot of gunfire at a campaign rally of Ex-United States President Donald Trump, leaving him injured and rushed off-stage by security staff in Pennsylvania.

Footage showed that Trump appeared to fall to the ground as he was giving a speech and was quickly surrounded by armed security and stayed down for around a minute after he experienced a hit that led to his bloody ears.

In a statement, Trump's campaign said he is recovering and that he is under medical care after driving away from the scene from Saturday's incident.
