Critical Rapper Mr. Church Joins Guitar on “She Cried” to Raise Alarm Over Child Sex Trafficking

Monrovia, Liberia:Many of us have special little girls in our lives and many of us will someday. It’s never too early or too late to stand against child abuse.
Renowned activist and conscious music crooner Victor Togbah, popularly known as Guitar, has released a compelling new track titled “She Cried”, which confronts the grim reality of child sex trafficking and infanticide.
Guitar, the frontman of Rish Entertainment, has partnered with critical rapper Mr. Church to spread the message behind the song far and wide.
Guitar, also recognized as a seasoned civil rights advocate, has consistently used his music as a tool for social justice and human rights activism. Over the years, he has released a number of thought-provoking and inspirational records, including Message to the President, Written in the Sky, Better Place to Live, Till You Win, Da You, among several others.
Each record reflects his deep commitment to amplifying the voices of the marginalized and inspiring positive change through sound.
Globally, over 1.8 million children fall victim to sex trafficking annually. These heinous crimes occur everywhere and Liberia is no exception.
The single features emotional lyrics from Joseph, known by his stage name Mr. Church, who brings his own lived experience with child abuse into the fight.
The controversial rapper delivers unflinching bars about the trauma inflicted on girls, stressing that the conversation must also include all children.
In a recent interview with KoolWeekendXclusive, Guitar revealed that “She Cry” is part of a broader campaign titled “Stop the Traffic”, which aims to raise awareness of child trafficking across Liberia and beyond.
On his official Facebook page (@Guitarofficial), he dedicated the project to the countless teenage victims, including the 1,100 boys trafficked daily worldwide.
According to him, the song’s inspiration came after an interaction with a teenage victim therefore, he is working rigorously to combat human trafficking and exploitation.
According to a 2010 report by The Christian Beat, trafficking affects a large portion of men and boys a reality often overlooked.
“Human trafficking and sexual exploitation are often thought to be a female issue,” Guitar said, “yet the stats clearly show that men are a huge percentage of those affected.”
Even in places like California, USA, artists and advocates are using music as a tool for justice.
Guitar noted that his 2025 radio tour focused on sex trafficking involving boys is scheduled for this July, drawing multiple artists and venues into the cause.
In his interview, Guitar outlined three primary goals for his Stop the Traffic Radio Tour, one "Raise awareness about child sex trafficking Secondly "Teach people how to recognize the signs" and
"Encourage reporting of suspicious behavior".
“She Cry” is the campaign's anthem and will be featured on major Liberian stations including Kool FM and OK FM as part of the radio tour accross Monrovia.
The track is already streaming on Audiomack, YouTube, and Apple Music, serving not only as a rallying cry for change but also as a call for salvation and restoration for countless voiceless victims.
