NBA- Knicks Reached Eastern Conference Finals for the First Time in Two Decades

USA: In the National Basketball Association (NBA), Knicks Basketball Club have reached their first Eastern Conference Finals since 2000 following their latest win against Boston Celtics in Game 6 of their Semi-final series.
Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby shined in their side crucial win scoring 23 points each as the New York Knicks knocked out the defending champions Bonston Celtics by 119-81 over the week in their semifinal ties to break the long deficit of reaching the final.
Sportstar reported that Mikal Bridges had 22 points and Karl-Anthony Towns added 21 points and 12 rebounds for third-seeded New York, which led by as many as 41 points.
The Knicks wrapped up the best-of-seven series in the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs with the largest winning playoff margin in franchise history.
The New York side surpassed a 36-point playoff victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in the decisive Game 5 of the 1970 Eastern Division finals.
They will open the Eastern Conference finals at home against the fourth-seeded Indiana Pacers on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
