Nigerian Cleric Declares George Weah Liberia’s “Incoming President” for 2029
Lagos, Nigeria: Former Liberian President George Weah received a prophetic declaration from renowned Nigerian spiritual leader Primate Elijah Ayodele during the commissioning of the ultra-modern auditorium of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church in Lagos.
The event, held at the church’s newly commissioned 10,000-seat auditorium, brought together worshippers, religious leaders, and dignitaries from across the region. Weah attended the ceremony as a special guest of Primate Ayodele.
During the service, Primate Ayodele publicly declared Weah as the “incoming President of Liberia in 2029,” a statement that drew attention from attendees and supporters present at the event.
The prophecy comes as political discussions continue to grow around Liberia’s future leadership ahead of the 2029 presidential elections. However, the declaration remains a religious prediction and does not reflect any official electoral process or outcome.
Weah served as Liberia’s president from 2018 to 2024 and remains one of the country’s most influential political figures. His appearance at the high-profile church event has generated discussion among supporters and political observers in both Liberia and Nigeria.
