Senator Edwin Snowe Files Formal Complaint Over Alleged Government Allegations

MONROVIA- Bomi County Senator Edwin Melvin Snowe Jr. has formally written the Liberian Senate, submitting a complaint and requesting a full investigation by the Senate Plenary into what he describes as a “malicious allegation” made against him by the Government of the Republic of Liberia.

In his communication, Senator Snowe expressed serious concern over the alleged statement, which he believes is damaging to his character and political standing. He has called on the Senate to urgently probe the matter to determine the source and intent of the allegation, emphasizing the need to uphold the integrity of public officials and the Senate as an institution.

The nature of the allegation has not yet been disclosed publicly, but Senator Snowe insists that it is unfounded and potentially harmful. The Senate is expected to deliberate on the complaint in the coming days.
