“Yekeh Kolubah Declares Peaceful Protest Ahead of Boakai’s Second SONA”

Controversial and outspoken District 10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah has announced his return to Liberia on January 16, ahead of President Boakai’s upcoming State of the Nation Address (SONA). Kolubah, known for his hard-hitting stance, stated in an interview on a local radio talk show in Congo Town that he plans to meet with key stakeholders to ensure the success of his planned actions on the day of the SONA.

Kolubah, often a vocal critic of the government, accused President Boakai of cutting off speaking time during previous addresses. He emphasized that, as a representative of the people, he and his supporters will not allow  president Boakai and his majority bloc to remove speaker koffa  illegally.

Kolubah promises that his presence will bring a significant, peaceful response throughout central Monrovia as the nation prepares for the address.

President Boakai is expected to deliver his second State of the nation address at the Monrovia city hall due to the recent fire incident that occur thus damaging half of the Capitol Building.

Citizens are even confused as to who will sit as speaker for the president SONA
