Emmanuel Flomo Fires Brace to Give Al Hilal a Late Win Over AS Kigali

KIGALI, RAWANDA: Liberian striker Emmanuel Flomo is rapidly becoming one of the most feared late-game weapons in the Rwanda Premier League, delivering yet another decisive performance for Al Hilal SC on Monday evening.

Flomo, who came off the bench, scored two crucial goals to power Al Hilal to a 4-2 win over AS Kigali at the Kigali Pelé Stadium. His strikes in the 71st and 89th minutes broke the resistance of the hosts and ensured a vital three points for his side.

The latest brace is his second this season. The Liberian youngster has recorded six goals in just nine league appearances. Flomo has put up a stellar performance in his short spells, after joining the Sundanese club in October 2025 from Liberian side LISCR FC.

Flomo’s performance continues to attract many. What is more impressive is his growing reputation as a game-changer off the bench.

The Liberian star's two-goal contribution in Al Hilal's 4-2 win pushed the club's tally to 17 points from nine matches. Al Hilal currently sits 12th on the Rwandan top-flight league table.

Flomo has also earned praise for his quick adaptability to the league, signaling the emergence of another Liberian talent making headlines on the international stage.
