“Boakai Administration Is Doing Extremely Well On Rule Of Law” — Rep. Sumo Mulbah

Paynesville, Liberia:Montserrado County District Three Representative Sumo Mulbah has strongly defended the performance of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai’s administration, saying the government is making significant progress in upholding the rule of law in Liberia.

Speaking on the government’s approach to justice and national security, Representative Mulbah said the administration’s actions in the fight against illicit drugs, the conduct of trials and other legal matters demonstrate a commitment to respecting the laws of Liberia.

“The Boakai administration is doing extremely well when it comes to the rule of law,” Representative Mulbah said, pointing to what he described as government efforts to ensure that legal procedures are followed.

He said the ongoing fight against drugs is one of the areas where the administration’s commitment to the rule of law can be seen, stressing that efforts to combat illegal drugs must be supported by proper legal processes and respect for the rights of citizens.

Representative Mulbah also commended the Liberia National Police for its role in maintaining law and order, describing the institution as one of the key pillars helping the government uphold and implement the rule of law.

“The Liberia National Police is one of the major institutions helping to uphold the rule of law under the Boakai administration,” Mulbah said, adding that the police and other state institutions must continue operating within the boundaries of the law.
