Sudan:Sudanese football powerhouse Al Hilal Omdurman has rewarded Liberian teenage striker Emmanuel Flomo with a new long-term contract that will keep him at the club until 2031 following a sensational debut season.
The contract extension comes after the 18-year-old played a pivotal role in Al Hilal's successful campaign, helping the club capture both the Rwanda Premier League title and the Sudanese Premier League Elite Stages championship.
Flomo arrived at the club as one of Liberia's most promising young football talents and wasted little time making his presence felt, becoming a key figure in Al Hilal's attacking lineup throughout the season.
His performances in the Rwanda Premier League were particularly impressive, as he finished the campaign as the club's leading scorer with 12 goals, earning admiration from supporters and football analysts alike.
The young forward carried his excellent form into the Sudanese Premier League Elite Stages, where he registered three goals and one assist in just five matches to help guide his side to another major title.
Flomo delivered one of his finest performances during the championship final, scoring a crucial goal before being named both Man of the Match and the tournament's Most Valuable Player.
