Distressed Mother Seeks Assistance To Save Dying 10-Months-Old Baby

Monrovia, Liberia: A desperate mother is seeking financial assistance to secure life-saving treatment for her 10-month-old daughter, who has been diagnosed with a congenital heart condition.
According to Assatta Kanneh, doctors at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center confirmed her child's condition, which has severely impacted the infant’s health over the past seven months. She revealed that her daughter has been on oxygen support for over a month and requires urgent surgery to survive.
Kanneh disclosed that doctors have recommended seeking advanced medical care abroad, estimating the cost at approximately USD 10,000. With limited resources, she is appealing to well-meaning Liberians, government officials, humanitarians, and the general public for assistance in raising the necessary funds.
She urges anyone willing to help to come forward, emphasizing that timely intervention is critical to saving her child’s life.
