Fallah Denies Signing Unity Party Membership Form, Says He Remains Non-Partisan
Monrovia, Liberia: Deputy Speaker Thomas Fallah has firmly dismissed reports claiming he signed a Unity Party (UP) membership form, distancing himself from suggestions that he has aligned politically with the ruling establishment.
Speaking to legislative reporters on Tuesday, Fallah clarified that he remains non-partisan and is not involved in party politics. He explained that his recent appearance at a Unity Party program was solely due to an official invitation extended by the party’s executive committee.
According to Fallah, his attendance was not a signal of membership or political affiliation.
Despite rejecting the claims, the Deputy Speaker commended the organization of the event and reaffirmed his support for President Joseph Boakai’s ARREST Agenda, which he described as important for national development.
