Ivar K Jones Rejects CDC Margibi's Expulsion, Calls It a mere Bluff

Margibi Liberia:  The Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) Margibi Chapter, following a directive from its County Executive Committee, has announced the immediate expulsion of Representative Ivar K. Jones of District #2, Margibi County. This decision stems from actions that are seen as detrimental to both the party's principles and Liberia’s democratic integrity.

CDC Margibi Chairman, Daddy Sarvaciir, accused Rep. Jones of aligning with the so-called "Majority Bloc" in the House of Representatives. This faction, according to Sarvaciir, has been involved in efforts to remove Speaker Cllr. Fonati Koffa from his position.

Sarvaciir also confirmed that the expulsion decision has been officially communicated to the CDC’s National Executive Committee in Monrovia.

In response, Representative Jones, through his public relations team, dismissed the expulsion as a mere bluff. He claimed that the action was carried out by only a few individuals at the county level and has no real significance.
