LiMA Ranked Crowned Top Performing Public Institution Under PMCS
The Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA) has been awarded as the first top best performing public institution under the Government of Liberia’s flagship Performance Management and Compliance System (PMCS) for the year 2025. The award was received by Mr. John F. Harvey, Deputy Commissioner for Domestic Vessel Registration and Safety on behalf of the Commissioner/CEO, Cllr. Neto Zarzar Lighe, Sr. Mr. Harvey was accompanied by Mr. Desire Satia, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and LiMA’s Focal Person of the PMCS.
