Phebe referral hospital benefits over US 8,000 worth of medical and non-medical supplies
The United Bong County Association in the Americas headed by its President Caimon Joe Kollie has donated over US 8,000 worth of medical and non-medical supplied the management of Phebe referral hospital in Bong County.
Speaking at the donation ceremony recently at the health facility in Suacoco District Bong County, the United Bong County Association in the Americas country director Charles Nuwo Kelleh said the donation was in respond to identify with the recent tragic gas tanker blast in Totota lower Bong County.
Presenting the materials Charles Kolleh extended the organization’s sympathy to the families who lost their lives in the terrible tanker explosion on Tuesday December 26, 2023 in Totota, describing the incident as a great lost to the citizenry of Liberia.
The UBCAA medical supplies donation is aimed at strengthening the capacity of the hospital to accommodate victims of the tanker blast.
The donation include bandages, antibiotics painkillers and among others.
