Fred Livingstone Scores Fifth League Goals as Messengers Return to Winning Way
PAYNESVILLE – Young and Promising Liberian Striker Fred Livingstone returns to Heaven Eleven FC’s starting lineup with a brace against struggling NPA Anchors on Saturday afternoon at the SKD Practice Pitch in Paynesville City.
Fred Livingstone opened the scoring in the fifteen minutes to put the Messengers ahead of the struggling visitors who have failed to grab a win in their last eight league games.
Fred doubled Heaven Eleven FC’s lead in the Thirty-nine minutes to make it a 2-0 lead for the Messengers who were hunting for a win.
Fred came close to scoring his first league hat-trick in the 40th minutes just a minute after scoring his second goal but the in-form striker was denied by the NPA Anchors’ goalkeeper.
With the introduction of several attacking players, Heaven Eleven made use of their attacking option to fire in two goals in the second half, making the score 4-0 for the Messengers.
Nick Junior came from the bench to score Heaven Eleven’s third goal against NPA Anchors in the Fifty-Seven minutes.
The former Mighty Barrolle attacker has now scored two goals and provided two assists in four league games with the Messengers since his arrival during the transfer window.
Prince Mantor got his name on the Scoring sheet in the Seventy-Seven minutes to record the Messenger’s fifth league victory.
The Messengers have recorded 16 points from eight league games, winning five, grabbing a draw in one, and losing two, placing them in the third position on the league table, and three points behind league leader LISCR FC.
