"Judge Acquits Defendant George Wade, Alias Nicholas Jack Davis, of Armed Robbery Charges Due to Lack of Evidence"
Monrovia-Criminal Court ‘D’ Judge Mameiatta Jabateh-Sirleaf has rendered a not guilty verdict in favor of George Wade, alias Nicholas Jack Davis for the crime of Armed Robbery.

Defendant Wade was indicted in March 2023 by the Grand Jury for Montserrado County with the crime of Armed Robbery following a complaint filed by victim Ida Lagura that defendant Jack placed her under a gunpoint and made away with $US three thousand and other valuable belongings.
Judge Jabateh-sSirleaf ruling revealed that all of the seven witnesses that were produced against defendant Davis by the prosecuting team did not link or proof that the defendant committed the crime of Armed Robbery, noting that a prima faci case was never established by the prosecuting team.
A prima fica case is one which established by sufficient evidence and can be overturned only by rebutting evidence adduced on the other side.
Meanwhile, in a brief interview with defendant Jack Davis minutes after the not guilty verdict Judicial reporters  that the crimes levied  against him were all lies.
Defendant Jack Davis further expressed optimism that he is going to be free from all of the charges against him.
In 2023 the Liberia National police arrested 39-year-old George Nimley, alias Nicolas Davies, following multiple complaints of harassment and extortion by women whom he often sexual relationships or close association with. He was arrested at Miami Beach in Monrovia.
