Man 55 Goes to Prison for Chopping the hands of his neighbour, awaiting court trial

Nimba Country: Daniel Tokpah,the 55 year old man who chopped the hand of a lady believed to be in her 30s, Jessica Davis early Sunday morning for passing in his yard will spend his first night in the Sanniquellie Central Prison awaiting court trial.
