Liberia: Four Legislative Reporters Reach Final of 'First Young Journalist Award'
MONROVIA- In a remarkable feat, four legislative reporters have been announced as finalists in the esteemed First Young Journalist Award in Liberia. This prestigious recognition, highlighting the talent and dedication of emerging journalists, marks a significant milestone for the field of legislative reporting within the nation.
They include; Jerome Walters of Women Voices Newspaper, Emmanuel Kollie of LBS, Aminata Kromah of Women TV, and Siaway Miapue of Kool FM Radio.
The four, renowned for their insightful coverage of legislative affairs, have consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to integrity and excellence in their reporting. Their inclusion in the finals reaffirms their outstanding contributions to the journalistic landscape in Liberia.
The Director of Press and Public Affairs at the House of Representatives Amb. Robert Haynes, in anticipation of the upcoming award ceremony, extended heartfelt wishes to the finalists, expressing his pride in their achievements and emphasizing the importance of their role in enlightening the public on legislative matters.
